Our son Daniel was born still at 32 weeks on April 23, 2008. Daniel means "God is our judge" and Wade means "to go". The only explanation for his death was a broken vessel in the umbilical cord that eventually caused his little heart to stop beating. Although we were given this "reason" for his death we will never really understand why God chose this path for us.
We miss Daniel so much. There is this huge gapping hole in our hearts and although life has not changed much there is a gigantic piece missing from it. We only spent a very short time with Daniel, but we miss him like he has been in our lives forever. Our little boy is gone - we never got to see him smile - we are left here knowing that one day we will meet again.
